Becoming a Sacred Community

Monday, January 21, 2019

A sacred community is centered on the core certainty that all lives are sacred, that all people are lived by God. Dr. King held that this was not some sort of utopian and unreachable ideal but can be achieved in our local, national and international communities through
an unshakable commitment to nonviolence and justice.

We will begin with a Pot Luck lunch — bring a family-sized portion of something to share.

Presented by the clergy of OMI
